New: Non-DBSNMP Monitoring Credentials

In previous EM releases, monitoring the status and performance of your Oracle Database targets required the use of DBSNMP, a built-in database user used by EM. When you first added an Oracle Database target in EM, by default EM used the DBSNMP database user account and password as the monitoring credential. EM 13.5.0.4 has added the ability for you to specify a non-DBSNMP user as a monitoring credential.
